Our truck mounted vacuum tank consist of single 4000 litre tank, a high quality hydraulically driven high flow vacuum pump. The tank suits fitting to several cab and chassis types, and can even replace a flat hydraulic deck to ease cleaning or emptying.
Although manufactured as a fully integrated unit, the unit can be connected into the hydraulic lifting mechanisms of the truck while the pump remains fixed to the chassis. It's easy access manway and fully opening rear door allows easy cleaning.
Fitted with vacuum pressure protection, all hoses and fittings, the unit is all ready for work once installed onto the truck.
Variations on size and fittings can be accomodated depending on your requirements.
Standard configuration:
One compartment of 4000 litres for dirty water or clean water storage. The tank is provided with a 6 Metre 75mm outlet hose, supplied with camlock fittings, sight level pipes for level identification, primary ball shutoff valve with secondary inline filter. Provided with vacuum relief valve for suction and pressure relief valves for pressure. Man hatch into vacuum tank. Full rear door opening access. Side trays for hose storage. Subframe for truck mounting and two lifting points provided on top. The unit is 2 pak painted both inside and out.
Vacuum pump capacity is 9000 litres/min.
